Welch has also designed over 60 custom pieces for Justin Biebers Purpose Tour, created her own denim collection with Levi's, and has collaborated with design houses like Alexander McQueen on gowns for the Academy Awards and the Met Ball. Karla also started Period Co. to make period underwear more accessible to all.
