There is no doubt AI is here to stay and is growing exponentially in all aspects of our everyday and global interactions. AI intersects with the very qualities that many empaths value most: emotional attunement, intuition, connection, generating true meaning, and compassion. 

This really is a fascinating discussion and something all of us need to consider as AI becomes a more prominent part of our lives. A good question to keep in mind: A useful question is:

“Is this interaction helping me become more connected to life, people, nature, and my own inner knowing—or is it becoming a substitute for them?”
