He and Simon talk cricket, backgammon, his brief flirtation with musical comedy, his early career in the restaurants of central London and his experiences of travelling in the US during the 80s. He also takes on our recipe challenge with all the panache you'd expect, and tells us what's cooking in his kitchen as he mellows...
