Want to heal and not talk about it?Ā  Then this one is for you....

I'm so pumped about this episode with Mental Joe and Dr. Berceli. While Dr Dave is in MOAB learning about 4 wheeling, we go to school on the psoas muscle and how much trauma it stores within it. Then we learn about a treatment that is SO natural its amazing they don't teach this in school. Our bodies can heal a lot, and as Doc Berceli explains this T.R.E. can do a lot to help you heal ALL WITHOUT TALKING ABOUT IT.

  • Revealing Pain That Doctors Can’t Explain Using the Emotion Code with Teresa Porter

Today we welcome a long time friend, Teresa Porter. She's been my personal massage/yoga/emotion code pro for the last dozen years and has a keen sense of emotions and energy.

In this episode, Mathew and Teresa discuss what the Emotion Code is and how doing the work is a deceptively simple way to rid yourself of unseen baggage. Any heightened negative emotions that are not processed properly get trapped and cause changes in the vibration in our body that lead to physical issues. Teresa is able to map different psychical pain points and issues to specific emotional hang-ups. Emotion Coding is for anyone who has pain that doctors can't explain. It is for anyone who has a legitimate physical problem and feels like they are stuck or hitting a wall. It is for anyone who is willing to look at themselves and wants to change the way they feel.

Teresa Porter is Mathew's longtime friend and personal massage/yoga/Emotion Code pro for the last several years. She has a keen sense of emotions and energy but had resisted the calling to practice Emotion Code work for a long time. Thankfully, she wasn't able to avoid the pull of the energy work and is helping her clients find relief. She blends breathwork, Emotion Coding, yoga movements, and guided meditation to help them process their emotions and address their pains and ailments.

"Your body knows the truth, and your body becomes weak when you're not speaking or holding the truth."

    In this episode, you'll hear:

    • What is Emotion Coding, and when should you consider it?
  • Specific examples of how unprocessed emotions manifest physically
  • An overview of the methods Teresa uses with her clients
