Things are getting back to normal at San Diego International Airport after a ground stop prevented flights from arriving or departing. More rain will move through San Diego County this morning, with a slight chance of rain in the afternoon. Registration for tickets for the 2028 Olympics is opening in January, with tickets starting at $28.
