How does my faith grow:
1. By hearing Jesus’ words.
2. By pursuing Jesus in my time of need.

The Transfiguration reveals Christ’s divine glory to strengthen us to listen and faithfully follow Him from the mountaintop of revelation into the realities of the valley.

Deny yourself, take up your cross, and follow Jesus in every area of your life.

1. Jesus will meet you as you are, even if it’s not as you think you should be.
2. Sometimes God’s healing comes in seconds, and sometimes it comes in sequence.
The feeling that God isn’t doing anything yet can just as easily be a reminder that He is, He just isn’t done yet!

BIG IDEA: When you are fearful for the future, remember God’s faithfulness in the past.

When God seems insensitive, lean in -- not out.

BIG IDEA: Religious rules do not equate to a righteous life.

BIG IDEA: God’s divine redemption is greater than our deepest regret.

When people matter to you, they realize how much they matter to Jesus. When people realize how much they matter to Jesus, Jesus begins to matter to them.
