We start by remembering that “peace is the way.” No baby was ever born thinking that there are some people in the world that are his/her enemy and that war must be waged on them. This is learned behaviour. We must start by ensuring that we teach our own children peace, that we extend peace and goodwill to our neighbours & others in our communities and that we understand the true meaning of this word! Slowly but surely, we can send peace rippling into every corner of the world. It’s never too late to try. We could end up saving our own lives, the lives of others and saving our planet too!! We are very privileged to have David Parry on our show this Sunday. David was ordained in July 2015 in Italy to become the first Gnostic Bishop for England in over 700 years. We are eager to learn from him and to do all we can in order to come together as one!!

Our second guest in Ms Hazel Smith who has worked in care for the last 16 years in different sectors learning and managing disabilities (young and old). She now works with the elderly, many of them are sufferers of Dementia. Her advice and guidance will help all those who have elderly people in their care, those with a history of Dementia in their families or those who have the opportunity to help anyone suffering with the illness.

Darren "Daz" Sampson is a British singer, producer and broadcaster.

Daz was known for his commercial dance music, often reworkings of older songs as a solo act (Daz Sampson, DJ Daz) and as a member of various formations, Bus Stop, Rikki & Daz, Barndance Boys and Uniting Nations enjoying popularity in Britain and in Europe.

In 2006, he represented the UK in the Eurovision Song Contest with "Teenage Life". He also established Sporting Riff Raff Records and has continued to perform and release recordings.

Hosts Alan Cox and Jillian Haslam Have two amazing guests this week. First up is Kazakhstan leader of the opposition party, poet and author Mukhtar Shakhanov He talks to Alan about his life and struggle to protect his country.

Mukhtar Shakhanov who could not make it last week but will positively be with us this week. He is now the leader of the opposition in Kazakh. He has spent his life fighting for the freedom of his country. He became a prominent political figure under Mikhail Gorbachev. He supposedly stood up in parliament and said “Russia was changing and explained why & how”. Shortly after this declaration, his execution was ordered. The KGB publically said that they agreed with Shakhanov and refused to carry out the assassination. He was then going to be made an enemy of the state. Boris Yeltsin then became President and rescinded the order. He is also Editor-in-chief of the well known magazine Zhalyn and has earned worldwide recognition for raising public awareness to protect the Aral Sea and for leading the commission on the Jalaqsan tragedy. We will have an interpreter accompanying Mr. Shakhanov and are delighted to be given the opportunity to speak to him.
