We catch up with Alan Jaeger, CEO of Jaeger Sports in this ABCA Podcast episode. He is one of the Forefathers to the modern day warm up, training and throwing and founded Jaeger Sports on the principle that athletes need to develop both their physical and mental skills in order to be successful in game situations. He is also the author of the Year Round Throwing Manual and his “J Bands” can be seen at any baseball field in the world from the Pro Level on down to Youth Baseball. He has also been very active at the ABCA Convention, specifically with the Pitching Hot Stove.
