  • #82 Alchemist Nation Real Estate Podcast with Quantum and Meta-Physicist, Business Coach Lilly Wang.
In this Alchemist Nation Real Estate Podcast, I talk with Lilly Wang who is a meta physicist and quantum physicist and I ideally want to know what drove her to become a coach, and what made her say this is something she wanted to do. She appreciates me for having her on the podcast and she says that she got into coaching pretty earlier where she has always been in the mentorship, consulting, coaching capacity. As I know and for the Alchemist Nation Podcast listeners, she has worked abroad and internationally, so it has been something she has been drawn to doing. She further talks about the things she did abroad where she worked in Cambodia where the Cambodian government was her client at the time. They were looking at how they could fix the situation so that more women could access the education they need. They were like how could they help especially women in the rural climate and landscape so that they could get the economic, educational health care tools they need to live better lives.

Lilly offers 3 pieces of advice to 20-year-old Lilly on how to be successful.
    1) - Forget about the haters, you're a kind person, keep effing and going, their life is up to them.
    2) - Find mentors and coaches.
    3) - Everybody gets challenges, so create that structure and system of getting over the hurdles quicker.

  • #81 Alchemist Nation Podcast With Martial Artist Turned Real Estate Investor Fred Posimo
In this Alchemist Nation Real Estate Podcast/Interview with Fred Posimo, he talks about how he got into real estate in the first place, the beautiful asset class. He says that his story dates back to when he was 7 years old and when he was 7 years old, he started taking martial arts lessons, so he was taking Karate as a kid and so he loved it. The older he grew, then he realized that Karate classes, or at least the school he was at were more personal development classes or training where the brain shrouded inside kicks and punches. When he figured that out, he was like he was really learning personal development, self-improvement and entrepreneurship though not so much entrepreneurship but more personal growth and stuff like that and the more he got older that led him to entrepreneurship. Personal development led him to entrepreneurship and when he was 17 he took a class entitled entrepreneurship and at that time he didn't know what the word entrepreneurship meant. He remembers his teacher writing down real estate investing on the board, and he said to himself that was genius, that he needed to do that. He read Rich Dad Poor Dad which basically validated his opinion of real estate and he was like I have to do that. He joined basically a school of real estate investing school in the community where he grew himself from there and become an asset, just went up there.

Fred offers 3 pieces of advice to 20-year-old Fred on how to change his life faster, be productive, find wealth, and happiness.
    1) - Build your credit faster
    2) - Invest in yourself because those who invest most in themselves will have the most invested back to them
    3) - Look at what you're already doing, and do more of that.

  • #79 Alchemist Nation Real Estate Podcast With Real Estate Investor and Lender Hoan Thai.
In this Alchemist Nation Real Estate Podcast with Hoan Thai of  Hoans Loans where he talks about how he got into real estate, how did he decide that he wanted the loans but does he also invest in himself on the side? He says that definitely investing is his main business and when he became a better investor, people started reaching out to him and wanted to be an investor like him. So he would help people in real estate investing informally and then he was like let me do it formally which he does right now. He formally helps people become real estate investors where he has educational programs that show them step by step how to become a real real estate investor. When he says real, there are people who bought a house and then decided to move out of it by renting that house they bought and just stumbled upon becoming a landlord. They're not technically and intentionally a landlord and what he does, he shows people how to buy properties intentionally, how to analyze the property, how to look to your cash on cash returns, how to look at the ROI, determine whether you're underpaying or overpaying and all that kind of stuff related to real estate investing. He became an educator after becoming an actual investor himself and he became an investor through Rich Dad Poor Dad and it did it for him by learning about passive income and being able to acquire assets that pay for his liabilities which is the formula and the beauty of real estate there is a structure, there is a formula.

Hoan offers 3 pieces of advice to younger 20-year-old Hoan on how to be successful and happy.

  • #75 Alchemist Nation Real Estate Podcast with a Former I.T Manager Kyle Cabral Turned Investor.
In this interview with Kyle Cabral of C2S Energy where we talk about their growth and how they are doing because I see their signs everywhere and they're expanding and they're using the same property manager as ours and she [Becky] says that they are doing awesome. I wanted to know what made Kyle start investing in real estate, where is he now and where is he going. He says that in 2015, he worked at a Meditech in Fall River where he did the I.T thing for a while, and his partner Tony who was an inspector for installation services. Tony would always drive to properties but he was always on the computer all day getting obsessed with MLS sales by owners and so they would drive to the properties and later started getting little traction where he was like he hates his job, and he wanted to do real estate all the time and thankfully his partner was on the same boat too. They got obsessive and started doing flips here and there, did the work by themselves, started getting rentals, and then soon as they had enough passive cash flow where they could survive that's when both of them quit their jobs which were 3 years ago.

Kylie offers 3 pieces of advice to young 20-year-old Kylie on how to get where he is faster, happier, and stress-free.

  • #74 Alchemist Nation Real Estate Podcast - Raising 10 Million Dollars With Ketan Patel
In this interview, I have a conversation with a pharmacist who ventured into real estate coaching where we discuss how he got into real estate coaching in the first place.  He says that when he was a pharmacist, he started buying properties on the site like single families, three-unit and he built a little portfolio on the side and he started creating passive income which was his goal. His eventual goal was to have enough passive income to quit pharmacy then he said to himself that it was comfortable thinking to wait till you have something and then do the jump. It wasn't really going to work out for him, then he jumped into the apartment syndication and started raising more money, he has done flips, luxury ground-up developments around Boston, and what happened in doing all this, he met his mentor, his coach, and went to self-development world with Tony Robbins. He met with Wim Hof to climb the mountain in 20 Degrees Fahrenheit, meditation retreats, and his goal of doing this initially was to get better at real estate because he knew from day one that the information is out there but why are some people successful and others are not. He realized that he loves that way too much and as much as he enjoyed real estate, he also enjoyed the coaching aspect from which he took some formal training from Tony Robbins organization, then working with his coach, and the experiences he combined all that stuff together and he slowly transitioned into coaching.

Ketan offers 3 pieces of advice to younger Ketan on how to succeed.
    1) - Where you need to be, you need to be there with a crowd. If I wanted to be here, I should have started hanging out with real estate millionaires.
    2) - Take bigger and bigger risks because he shouldn't have waited to make all those jumps.
    3) - For those interested in real estate should be committed for results to be bigger.
