He says that he has been doing a lot of stuff lately but one of the things he is trying to focus on is helping authors become best selling authors. He says when you do have the best selling book, you get to speak on more events, you get to impact people's lives for instance like for $ 20 book, you get the information most people are paying for a $ 1000 because with that information people are making so much money.

Brandon offers advice to varying younger versions of himself on how to be successful.
1) -  For 16/18-year-old Brandon: Take it in stride.
2) - For 22-year-old Brandon starting out on real estate investing: Don't buy that single but buy a multi-family house.
3) - For a 29-year-old Brandon: Be critical and hard on yourself and take off some time to enjoy yourself.

I had such an amazing call with Steve Trang today who is just killing it as a wholesaler and investor in the Phoenix, Arizona market! We talk about how the quarantine is treating him and his business. He says that they're doing great, everything is moving forward and also doing what they're supposed to do.
I ask Steve what is it that he is doing after realizing that he is a wealth builder, real estate disruptor, doing real estate brokerage and how did he get started to all this. He says that he does a lot of things but one thing he does mainly is building businesses and he loves real estate except for houses and people.

Steve offers advice to young local wholesalers that inspire to do it a little cleaner, a little better, maybe save some trouble for themselves in order to be successful.
1) - Have a mentor: Someone who can guide you and if you can afford coaching, go for it.
2) - Develop sales skills.
3) - Have the ability to focus.

In this interview with Dannielle Lee a doctor that turned into a real estate investor that I met at Train the trainer. I ask her where is she at when it comes to real estate. She tells me that she met a real estate investor at train the trainer and later during the warrior camp in May last year and they have been having weekly calls. Big thanks to Deirdre Vivo for jumping on this interview to help me understand more about how these assisted living facilities work and why they are going to be such an integral part of our society going forward. In this interview, I ask her what she has been up to since we were together in the Maverick Mastermind event. She says that since she is in the state of Connecticut they are considering real estate and construction essential. She says that it is fabulous for them because they have a lot of flips going on but she also has a residential assisted project going on which really has to move forward. So with flips, apartments, and residential living, she's happy that they're considering them essential up there with guns and alcohol.

Deirdre offers advice to a 20-year-old younger Deirdre on how to move and accomplish her mission much faster.
1) - At 22 she bought her first home then at 23 she bought her first investment property and the advice would be to keep them or sell them when you're going to a bigger thing not to pay for college for kids or a vacation.
