That could be your entire Facebook friends list, all those friends, all the fake friends you got on Facebook, you go back and message all of them to see if they're even real. 2. Adding them to Your Database After you reach out to 10 people every day, for 21 days, understand new contacts, and refresh contacts, only four go into your database daily, only four. Because 1/3 are going to love you no matter what 1/3 gonna hate you no matter what and 1/3 are not going to care about you, no matter what. This is sharpening the saw. This is us going back and saying, “Let's see who we can serve”. And take the four from that day who said “Yes, I like you. Yes, I like your product. This is where most people make their mistakes every single day in conversation. If you have ever walked away from a situation without money, it is a good chance you've made one of these common communication failures. There are Five Ways to Get More Time in Your Life. You can use these tips anywhere; no matter where you’re at, what business you have, how much money you’re making, or how much money you’re not making. Watch the video here Step One: Do Not let other People Schedule your Lives This can be E-mails, texts, or phone calls. This can be anybody casually saying, “Hey! I want you to do this”. "Hey, I want you to pick me up from School” or do this or that. Do not let other people control your time. There is always some way to outsource any of their desires, whether it is having somebody else pick somebody else up, or it is time blocking your E-Mails, texts, or calls. Step Two: Decide What’s Important and do it first, Everyday Do not put your important tasks and activities at the end of the day, you will be too tired or exhausted to do them anyway. These are tasks that happen over and over again; these are tasks that you do every single day, not one-off projects. An example of a such recurring task would be, responses to properties that come through your E-Mail. So, if you are an investor looking for Motivated Sellers, then you need a system for responding to people who are sending you leads. If you don’t have leads, you assist them in getting them.
Step Two: Decide on a Directory Structure
When I talk about Directory Structure, I am talking about something like Google Drive or Dropbox. I suggest you don’t keep it on your device. You must keep it in the cloud if you want to scale your business. You need it in a shared drive so that other people can read it and start documenting.

There are four steps to finding the best places to invest in Real Estate. As Real Estate Investors and Business Owners, we must understand the market we are investing in.

Step One: Population Trends
If the city is losing its population, it is losing its investors; if it is growing its population, it is growing its investors. Investors invest where they see the population is moving, so look at demographic shifts and changes. I invest in a city that is declining and an increasing city. Flips are good in increasing cities. Rentals are good in declining cities.
Step Two: Economy & Employment
To understand the Economy of the place, ask yourself the following questions.

Who are the major employers and are they from diverse industries or the same sector?

In Fall River, where I grew up and started investing, I had one major employer. It was Textiles Business. As soon as textiles went to China, the whole city became depressed and went from a population of 150,000 to 86,000 over 50 years.

Are major employers contracting or expanding?

Look at your city. More employers mean more people means more businesses taking more ground.
