1. A Place where Others are Ahead of Me
Seek to spend time with people who are smarter, faster, and more successful than you are. If you’re always at the head of the class, then you’re probably in the wrong class.
2. A Place where I’m Continually Challenged
 A good growth environment puts pressure on us to improve. If our daily work is too easy or comfortable, then we shortchange ourselves and stunt our development. It’s healthy to be in over your head from time to time. It forces you to swim, and you grow stronger as a result. Yet, while being out of your comfort zone challenges you to swim, being out of your strength zone causes you to drown. Ideally, you want to be in a place that pushes you to sharpen your strengths, but not one that expects you to perform well in areas where you have no natural ability.

Become fluent in market prices for rental rates and house values. Every day must learn something and I don't care if it is going to open houses, evaluating deals, reading a book, watching a YouTube video, or listening to an audiobook. It could also be going and talking to somebody smarter than you but you have to learn something every day. Every Keystone principle has a dark side to it. Too much information can create analysis paralysis that will kill any real estate investor. So when you seek out information, make sure it is applicable information to what will build your wealth, and make you happy and healthy. 
Another keystone principle is Adding Value. Any person you come in contact with and make their lives better with a principle behind it as long as it doesn't take away too much time and happiness. If it is in line with something you are good at, add value, and if they have something you want add more value unless it compromises your integrity.

1. Do you often get to work a few minutes late or just barely on time? Then you’re probably late to all other engagements as well, right? Like social events or classes or your own wedding. Next time you see the time and notice you should start getting ready to leave, get up and get ready.

2. If someone asks you to join or come to an event, is your answer always, “I can’t afford it?” What you have in your life is what you believe and expect. Maybe you should turn the phrase around and ask “How can I afford it?” to at least get your mind thinking of options rather than dead ends.

3. Do you look at your trash can, notice it’s full, and tell yourself that you should throw the trash out, but then do something entirely different? Then it’s likely you are doing the same exact procrastination for many other things as well. The solution is to just do it right then and there.

4. What are your relationships like? Do you keep attracting the same kind of person/relationship? Do you just enjoy ‘the chase’ (the cat and mouse game) and then get bored after a month and just move to the next target? If you don’t do the humbling inner work and pay attention to the details, you’re going to be repeating history over and over and over again.

2. Remember the Bad

3. Ask Yourself Three Questions
Utilize the meditation technique known as Naikan, which involves reflecting on three questions:

Here are the 6 steps to be Impeccable with your Word
Step One: Take time to listen
You have to Internalize; not just other people but yourself. Internalize what your thoughts are and where are they coming from. Taking my own Walmart story as an example, if I had internalized what I wanted and had been honest with myself and my employer, I never did want more work, I wanted more income. Then, I would have started my journey of Rich Dad, and Poor Dad a bit earlier in life.
So, take some time not just to listen to others but to yourself too; make sure you understand what the other person is asking of you and what you are asking of yourself
Step Two: Trial taking at least 5-10 seconds to truly pause and think about what another person has said before responding
Had I taken a little bit of Time Delay to understand, things would have turned out differently. You also have to go through some stuff to realize what is important to you.
It is okay to take a delay in negotiations with other entrepreneurs and say, “This might not be the right fit for me”
So, try taking at least 5-10 seconds before, you agree to something.

1. HUMAN CONTACT

Anything that involves Human Contact is a means of generating income, especially if that contact is a person who has a problem that you can solve. So, the income generated through this step could be via texting someone, calling someone, meeting up for lunch with a client talking about business, or doing a social media post in a group that draws in people to your business but not making such a group. This activity would be an asset (from the 80/20 Principle), not income generational.

Every day you must do something that acquires an asset, every day you must build an asset but that asset will not generate income unless you have something to pump it. So, income-generating tasks are the ones you should be automating first.

We have been doing this in the Alchemist Connect CRM and the Recession-Proof Challenge; Reaching Out and Automating the Conversations. Emotional blockages around human contacts tend to obstruct your success, so we target the CRM and the Recession-Proof.
