Today's episode is the first in a three-part series on working with a virtual assistant! This is a hot topic for wellpreneurs, and it's frequently brought up in comments, emails, and Facebook discussions – people need help with their businesses, but where to start?
Making the leap to hire outside help can be a big one, so I'll be challenging you to just dip your toe in the water by outsourcing one small project. This little experiment will also open up possibilities in your mind as to what you can do with your business at a very low cost.
The first step is deciding whether you need a VA and identifying a list of tasks a VA can help out with. You might be surprised by how many tasks you can get off your plate, freeing you up to focus on what really love!

Join us this week for a guided EFT Tapping session to eliminate a hidden fear of success. EFT Tapping is the "Emotional Freedom Technique", and it's a powerful practice to shift stuck energy and move through blocks. It's an effective tool for entrepreneurs to use regularly to improve their mindset! This week's interview is with Claire Hayes, an EFT practitioner and author. I've been working with Claire for a few months doing EFT and I've found this technique to be very powerful, so I wanted to share with all of you how EFT can also help you improve your entrepreneurial success mindset.
EFT works with acupressure points in the body and it can be used to tackle deep-seated issues you may have around money, success, or putting yourself out there. Many times we are sabotaging our own success, and tapping can help uncover those issues and shift us out of those patterns so we can achieve what we really want in our businesses.
During today's episode, Claire will be guiding me through an EFT tapping session and you're encouraged to join us and tap along at home!
