I'm a big fan of the theory of evolution. I believe that we are here today because we've evolved into what we are and we're continuously evolving as we go on, as has everything else in the planet. You can see it around you if you look. Just that, through your life you can see how things evolve, people evolve, just over the course of a life-time. And that's what I want to talk about.

When you go to quit drinking alcohol, when you do any habit change, there is - the change element is going to bring you outside of your comfort zone right? And in that discomfort zone that you're in then- you're going to have - you're going to feel discomfort. You're going to feel a bit of psychological pain. Throughout the journey there's going to be good days and there's going to be bad days.

I was reading an article the other day about the late, great, Elvis Presley. He was one of my hero's when I was growing up. I read that when he died - on the day he died - he was found in his Toilet. He was three hundred and fifty pounds in weight - so - grossly overweight.
