William is going to share with you how he went from running an agency to buying companies. Moreover, he is going to cover the steps that he took to build an 8 figure business.
Many successful business owners want to leave a legacy behind them. They know that they cannot live forever and are always looking for ways to extend the life of their businesses. There is a point in any business where the founder has to get out of the business because of many reasons like illness or old age. Those people want their company to sustain. If they do not have children, they are willing to sell the business to someone else.
That was how William bought his business without a closing payment. He used this to his advantage. Every year William had to pay the CEO a big amount of money. William did not need to use any of his personal cash to make his business work. First, he makes the money with the business and then at the end of the year, he pays the former CEO.
After the CEO sold his business to William, this person started traveling to Asia to see the world in a different perspective.
William did not feel ready in the beginning, because this was a very big deal. The company had loans and William signed a contract that said that he is responsible for anything that happens to the business. If the company goes bankrupt, the bank would take everything William has. However, William knew that this was one chance of a lifetime and after a certain period, he realized that he had the confidence and skills to take over the business.
William managed to increase the cash flow of the company dramatically and grow it organically.
William did not want to deal with low level decisions in his company. He learned the spectrum of unimportant tasks that he was occupied with. He wanted to work on the business and not in the business. There are many managers of big companies that claim how busy they are, but in fact, the work that they do has nothing to do with the long term success of the company.
Right now, William thinks that running a company is pretty easy. Growing a company from day 1 can be hard, because you have to come up with all those strategies and processes, but once you have the right people and processes in place, then you can build a successful company easily.

William is going to share with you how he built a boiler room for his marketing agency.
William thought that he could come up with a script that can be used by everyone and by just reading to trigger emotions in clients. It was not as easy as it seemed to be.
The main challenge for William was to find real qualified sales people for his marketing agency. He needed people who can produce sales for his company.
William was able to get a loan to buy more leads, so he was using other people’s money.
William did not consider all the hardware stuff that he needed to have. He had to take another loan, but banks did not take him seriously. They did not believe in his business plan. They thought that boiler rooms were successful 30 years ago, but not anymore. Banks said that this is not the current way of doing sales.
However, William did not give up and he started looking for investors to help him turn his idea into reality. He was not looking exactly for the money. That was secondary. William was looking for someone with experience and who has done that in the past.
William met in person with a CEO of a big company. The founder of that company was working for different successful IT companies with million dollar revenues. Furthermore, he was involved in more than 1 company that has achieved more than a billion dollars in revenue.
William was struggling a lot without any direction and was hoping that this person can give him really valuable advice that can show him the right way to achieve business success.
William’s mentor invested and took over the boiler room stuff with all negotiations, employees and management. They had daily conversations and stand up meetings. William’s mentor was there for the first few weeks until the system was up and running and he was not present physically for the optimization part.

Aleks: In this podcast you will find out how to get to $6000 per month on Fiverr. And I’m here with Damiano who did six figure last year on Fiverr, so he’s very successful there after being there for like a year and a half.
We’re gonna share his top tips on how to do this, how to get to $6000 and even above per month on Fiverr in revenue. So welcome Damiano.
What are some differences between the people who do you know five dollar gigs and do a couple of hundred dollars on Fiverr and the ones who make it and who get to $6000 and above per month on Fiverr, how do we get there?
Damiano: So from what I’ve noticed there are a few different types of Fiverr sellers and the ones that do the best is really the ones that think of their Fiverr account as a business. So you’re not there necessarily to make money right away but you’re there to actually build a customer base and keep getting orders from the customer base.
So there are a number of things that people can do to ensure that they have the necessary proof so that people are comfortable with their investment and they’re comfortable working with them. I would say one of the really first things that people need to keep in mind is that when you start off on Fiverr you are a new seller and you kind of have to think of it as going to a new country. Like when you go to a new country you don’t know anyone, you might have some abilities, but you still have to build your network, and it’s kind of like that.
And so at the beginning, you know, focusing on getting the reviews more than just making money will be the initial what you need to do to get that social proof up and then other than that it’s just things like adding past success stories you might have with clients. If you have any sort of like really good testimonials or companies that you’ve worked with in the past, those are all things that are worth mentioning in the gig and in the profile itself.
Aleks: How do you do this, how do you build up that credibility? Cause early on I guess a lot of people they just show up there and just say, okay, I deserve sales but I’m not getting them, what should they do? How do you build all that credibility, social proof, and so on?
Damiano: Yeah it really takes time, like I said when you’re on Fiverr it’s really about being able to give the best service as you can, especially in the beginning. So things like getting back to people super quick, and listening to your audience.
So like I’ll give you guys an example. When I started off on Fiverr I was literally just selling an e-book on drop shipping. But by selling that to more and more people and getting to know what it is that they were looking for then I figured out what my next gig should be, because a lot of people were asking me for how to build a Shopify store, so then I created a gig for creating a Shopify store for people, and that was the gig that kind of propelled me forward, and so a lot of times it’s just about listening to that initial feedback and understanding that your first few months on Fiverr are not supposed to be about you making thousands of dollars, they’re supposed to be about just understanding your market more than anything.
And then like, you know, making people feel comfortable with working with a new seller, especially at the beginning. So anything that you can tell them, like if you’ve been in business for 10 years outside of Fiverr or something like that. Or even if you’re new, a lot of what new sellers do if they’re new at selling their services, they’ll just, you know, ask the client to take a chance on them and tell them that they’re going to over deliver and under charges them pretty much in exchange of a review and a really good business relationship.

Aleks: Hi, this is Aleksander Vitkin and today I’m going to teach you with Damiano here, how to get 80 times more traffic on your Fiverr gig. And we’re going to share exactly how this works and exactly how to do this by using the levels system.
And we’re gonna share with you all the tips and tricks that Fiverr actually wants you to use but mostly people don’t use ’cause they’re not aware of what’s possible, they’re not aware of how many visits and how many hits they can get on their gigs if they gained a system.
Now Damiano is very successful on Fiverr and we’re gonna cover all the best tricks and tips that are necessary to top five for you to get ranked higher and for you to get a massive amount of traffic.
Damiano: When I first started on Fiverr a lot, the new people starting on Fiverr, new freelancers, they don’t know exactly what they’re doing yet. So they just put a gig out, they start a few conversations, and then you’ll eventually have one gig that really takes off and I started noticingthat the more the gig took off,the more I started fallinginto certain processesthat Fiverr has in place for sellers. And one of those processesbeing the level up system.
One of the things Fiverr does really, really well is they created a lot of gamification into their marketplace. And so they do have a level system with three major levels. So there’s level zero, level one, level two, and I guess we can call top rated a level as well. If you go to Fiverr.com/levels you’re gonna have all of the information on the milestones that you need to hit as a Fiverr seller. In order to get to a specific level.
Now once you hit one of those milestones you get the level badge, obviously, it’s gonna add a badge to your profile, but then you automatically get more traffic. Specifically from that badge. A lot of people from the beginning they join Fiverr because they wanna make money and then they don’t see as much money coming in because, obviously, they’re selling five dollar gigs.
But you brought up a really good point, it’s not about that journey at the beginning, it’s really about doing what’s necessary to hit the milestones and get to level two. Because the game starts at level two.
Aleks: So you hit level two, so you have 80x traffic on your gigs and what else can happen, what are we talking about here?
Damiano:When I was a no level seller it was actually pretty rare for me to get messages from people. So I’d maybe get one or two messages a week, something like that. And then you’ll notice that the more you start hitting those milestones, the better you get on Fiverr, the more traffic Fiverr automatically brings to your gig.
And so now that I’m at level two I’m getting something like 50 messages a day from people, literally my morning waking up, the first thing that I do, I don’t know if other entrepreneurs are like this, but, in my agency, because there’s so many things going on, I always have fires to put out.
So I have this little anxiety when I wake up in the morning and so I just take my phone and the first thing I see is like, 50 messages from Fiverr. And that’s like, literally the first thing that I have to tackle every single morning. But then throughout the day, once I’ve answered those 50 messages, a few of those are going to convert no matter what. By getting to level two I can ensure that I have money coming into my agency every single day just from the traffic and all of that.
If somebody’s working on Fiverr consistently, every single day, it could take two months. So about 60 days, like two times the evaluation date. And I think, you know, some of the things people could do to make sure they get there is download the Fiverr app.

Hi, this is Aleksander Vitkin, and in today’s podcast I’m going to talk about how to cure laziness, how to cure that feeling of being passive and procrastinating, and how to go from that to being active, in fact more active than most people you know. People, they say they’re gonna do one thing, but very rarely follow up and execute exactly what they promised themselves and others. If people could get from 20% implementation to 30 or maybe 50, or maybe 80% implementation, just working as hard as they promised they were going to work, their results will triple or beyond, theoretically, if they were at 20%.
Once you do implement this, you’ll be able to perform at the peak of human capacity. I’m not saying you’re gonna instantly be some athlete or something like that, but if we work maybe 50% as hard as an athlete, then we can have amazing results in life. And I’ve seen people go from just like, shy little boys with very few skills, to pushing themselves and learning new skills, and working super hard and becoming super successful. And I’ve seen this over and over and over.
So I really do believe that anyone can do this. People are not born lazy. So this is the first discovery. And if you talk to psychotherapists, if you just read research about children and how they behave, they’re not born lazy. The passive attitude, this is learnt. Everyone’s born active. To get people from active to passive, something happened here, okay? Maybe in our childhood, maybe later on as well, that got us from being active and just trying stuff, and just pushing against the world to see how far we can push, to just saying hmm, whatever, let the others do it.
Let other people do this, and I’ll just follow. I’ll just be a lazy little slug, basically. This is reversible, so, if this has happened to someone, to you, to me, or someone else, it is possible to reverse this. To cure passivity, the number one tool is to make it conscious. And make it conscious that this is not a natural state. Once you discover that actually, you thrive, and you feel good, and your life progresses, and you get fulfillment, and happiness, and whatever, from doing this stuff, that’s like a new lesson that you’re teaching yourself, and you’re teaching your brain.
As you’re doing this more and more, you’re building a habit of execution. But of course, the first step is not saying no, I’m super productive. Well, no one actually is as productive as they can be, okay? So the first thing is to make it conscious. Remove the whole ego thing around being successful or something like that. And just saying I’m always a student. I’m never as productive as I could be, if I keep optimizing, if I keep improving myself.
So, once you become conscious, you make the decision that you don’t wanna live like that anymore, and you wanna live a more fulfilling, more full life, you just set a to do list for yourself, and you do like seven different things the next day, right? You don’t just like instantly build giant to do lists, and just start working on every area of your life instantly. ‘Cause it’s too much of a change, and you’re very likely to get burned out.
So, once you make the decision, the decision should not be I’m going to do everything right away, the decision is, I’m going to take just one single step to escaping passivity and escaping being lazy. What is the first thing? Let’s say, every morning, you wake up, and you go to the gym. That’s the first thing I do, I’m not gonna eat, I’m not gonna engage in any habits, I’m not even gonna look at my phone. I’m just gonna go to the gym, every single morning. I can assure you, that once you start doing that, you’re gonna want to do less destructive stuff, and more constructive stuff.

I’m trying to figure out like what is the common feature of all those people. You don’t find that many because those business models vary and they are different. But what is very interesting is that when they are doing recruitment they usually recruit not based on how many certificates you, but rather based on what was their conversation with you, whether they believe you deliver, whether they can trust you and usually they just want to start with like a smaller piece of work at the beginning or and then based on that actually like a small test.
They decide if they want to move foreword or not, right? Or for one of the clients we delivered a strategy that we meant to start with or the other one it was the same and I think it’s like a good way to put your foot in the door essentially, right?
We’re just saying that hey look actually why not start from something small? We’ll see how this is going and then once you build trust then they start working with you. And they also much prefer fixed solutions. We don’t want to be there just you know like working with you. and delivering stuff themselves.
They prefer to pay more and the prefer you to just do all of this stuff for them and make it as comfortable for them as possible.
Agencies would like to charge like three grand or five grand a month. Sure, that’s cool but we saw the opportunity and we’re like, okay so how about you only pay us $500 a month and we do Facebook ads for you, we do convergence optimization for the project management. We’re actually losing money on this but you also pay us (mumbles). It’s kind of like a no brainer for them because like why wouldn’t you offer such a deal, right? You need to have the confidence that you’re going to make money on this, but if you do like what’s the problem, right?
And in fact like even more so we’re so committed to that, initially they told us no. They were like, no, you know, we want this other agency to be working with us, right? But then I came back to them and I said, “Look, are you sure? “What are they going to budget for you?
“”Like what if you’re going to lose time and money “and in three months “you will lose like tens of thousands of dollars “to the business out there?” Test us for a month and see who’s better, right? And they were like, “Actually that’s a good idea.”
They agreed and after 30 days they decided to move forward with us and we won the deal. It’s not a good idea to do this if there’s like low opportunity but for the high opportunity, why not? Like you do anything to make it work, right? So right now we are like five months in and the revenue we are generating from this is already two and a half thousand dollars and the prospect is very positive and we are in the position actually where in the next six months we are planning to scale this campaign $200,000 a month which effectively means-
So this effectively means that even though we’re getting paid so little because we participated in the risk and because we developed a high trust level with the client we might get you know like anywhere between 10 and 30 thousand dollars a month from this single client, right?
So this is kind of, I think it’s also a good idea to go into, right? So the first type of deal was the deal where you get like a high revenues and it’s not time consuming so we have time to actually work on something else. This kind of the deal is a deal where you invest time and actually your assets but prospectively it can give you a much bigger return than other projects.

Hi this is Aleksander Vitkin, and today I’m going to explain to you the five mistakes that people make when they get into sales or when they’ve been doing sales for a while and they’re closing on the phone and they’re closing high ticket sales, which means $3000 and above.
So the first one is time. So it sounds kind of generic or simple perhaps, but I can assure you everyone makes the mistake of time. They get on a call, and they don’t figure out if the person they’re talking to is a hurry or not. They don’t figure out if the person they’re talking to has allocated enough conscious available time, where they’re actually looking at the screen while talking to you, and making notes and are concentrated. They don’t know this.
They don’t have part of their funnel telling the prospects that before you get in the call make sure your internet works well. Make sure that you’re there on time and make sure that I have your full attention that you’re completely concentrated on what we are doing here okay. People don’t do this because well it’s so easy to make this mistake, it seems hard to ask people are you sure you have time? Are you sure you gonna be here?
Well the way to do this is with marketing before the sales call. That’s way number one. So you send them the emails and reminders for a call, which are automated and tools like Schedule Ones and you make sure to tell them to be there on time and make time and make sure there’s no distractions, and on the call itself, while telling them the rules of the call, how the call is gonna go early on and the sales call.
Make sure to tell them that this is how long it’s gonna take and make sure they confirm to you verbally that they’re okay with being there for that amount of time. That they’re gonna be concentrated and paying attention to you. This is important to them. Never sell to people who don’t care.
If it’s not important to them, they’re not going to buy. And you can tell this in their voice. You can tell this in the way they’re brushing you and stuff like that. So don’t fall into their frame where they’re kind of just pushing you around. So the second one it is the frame. So the frame that I like to use there’s many names for this.
There’s the consultant frame. There’s the doctor frame. I call it the trusted advisor frame. So trusted advisor. The trusted advisor, just like a doctor, you go to someone who you trust upfront. Otherwise you wouldn’t go to them, and they’re the expert. So that is established, and if it’s not established, it needs to be established as soon as possible. And you’re there because you want expert advice as a client right?
The client is there because they want expert advice. And a trusted advisor is someone who is not gonna lie or deceive or do pushy sales stuff. They’re just there to advice. They’re there to teach you how to buy. And they’re there to guide you through the process of establishing what it is the call is for, they’re going to get you to learn how to make a purchase like this, ‘cos not everyone knows automatically how to buy everything. And the further away they’re from the knowledge the harder it is to sell to them.
And the more work you’ll need to do on the sales call. The third one is, you need to set the rules early for your call. Not only do you need to set the rules, you need to get them to verbally agree to your rules. If the agreement isn’t there early on, then they’re gonna determine the rules while the call is going.

Aleks: Hi, this is Alexander Vitkin and I’m here with Matt. Matt is a member of our masterminds business mentor insiders which is on businessmentor.com and Matt has achieved some incredible business results lately. Last month he did 21,000 dollars in revenue and his agency with high profit margin. What kind of stuff has been happening in your business lately?
We’ve mentioned that you’re doing 20, you did 21k last month, right? So what else has been happening? What are some good news?
Matt: Everything has taken like a massive speed up for now. So especially my sales because it seems, it’s really conservative because I wasn’t really focused on improving my sales per se, right? I was a hundred percent focused on making my service better on getting better results for the client.
But at the same time, last month, we closed 70 percent of the potential prospects that came to be. It turns out that as a result of improving my service also more people started coming to me, right?
So, even though I wasn’t focused per se, on business development so much. And also another good thing is that I managed to hire and retain it was like, some really, really good A players. People, you know, who have been working with me over a year so the clients also are staying like our retention rates are amazing. So the clients are staying with us for six plus months on average. I’m like, you know, completely secure financially right now making more money than I can ever spend.
I mean aside from savings for stuff like this, all I’m doing is create a stuff and like delegation and you know, managing people, making sure that my team is delivering better, supporting people you know, doing market research and stuff like this. So I cannot even call it work really, it’s just fun it’s like exactly what I like doing and everything that’s kind of difficult you can call it is done by experts better than me.
Which is exactly the kind of position that I wanted to be in. Basically, even though I had this amazing process for hiring people, I realized that just getting good talent is not necessarily enough because people by themselves tend to have their own style of working, which is great, right?
Some people have systems that deliver. But most of the people, most of the people that you hire, they lack the capacity to develop systems that control themselves. See, our own mind has some vulnerability, you have this memory to remember about, let’s say, some certain factors that are important in delivering campaigns.
It’s difficult if you don’t, let’s say create a checklist that will remind you to think about this factor every single time you take on a new project, right? So I realized that to help people perform at their peak level consistently, we need to build systems that kind of bypass the brain and help them help themselves.
You have to help them make better decisions. And how do you do that? By providing them with better quality information. Where does the information come from? It comes from research, right? So I discovered that if I focus on nailing the market research process, you know, when we are starting new projects and now building the systems that help people make decisions based on the findings from the research, they will automatically start creating better campaigns.
This is what I focused on. And yeah, like this is when things started to really, to really also kick off as well when it comes to our results. One of the challenges that business owners had that came to us was that agencies that didn’t deliver, let’s say, kept them hostage for 12 months.

This is Aleksander Vitkin and in today’s podcast we’re going to cover the seven mistakes people make when they’re starting a business. And we’re going to cover how you can avoid these mistakes so that you’re more successful.
The first mistake is they dabble. They have business models all over the place, so they go on Google, they go on YouTube, they go on Facebook, they click on random ads, webinar funnels, they go everywhere and they get all these ideas just sent to them, even on Instagram these days, and they’re being bombarded with different opinions. And a lot of these opinions, they’re different, and they’re opposites from each other, so let’s say business guru one says something and he says,
“Outsourcing is bad” and business guru two says, “Actually you need to outsource everything, you don’t wanna be an employee in your business”.
    Who’s right?
It doesn’t make sense because they’re contradicting each other. So who’s gonna be right? It doesn’t make sense. What do you do as a beginner? Do you choose business guru number one or business guru number two? Who’s lying?
Well in fact, no one’s lying. Both of these statements are completely correct. It just depends what type of business you’re building and what kind of skills are required for your business. If it’s high in skill, in some situations like copyrighting, you will end up doing a lot of the work yourself forever, whereas if it’s a lot of customer support and stuff like that you’re not likely, well those types of tasks in your business.
So, the next mistake that beginners make or even sometimes advanced people, is, they try to figure out everything by themselves. They try to figure out, it’s me, the business is about them. So I’m going to be the person who’s gonna run this business and I’m gonna run every single part of this business, I’m gonna figure out everything. And that’s how I started.
So, I started just kinda messaging people on Facebook in 2008, 2009, and I got some sales from that and that’s how I started my business back in the day, it was me doing lead generation, me doing sales, me doing delivery, me doing everything and figuring out how to do that as well because there’s no material, there’s no coaching or anything like that available.
The solution of course is to get educated on the matter and the best way to do that is to get a mentor, OK? Get a mentor. Someone’s who’s done it before, who can lift you up and allow you to get results faster because he’s done it not very long ago and you can just copy the working stuff that he’s done before.
People, they try to invent a business model. Almost like a disease going around in the business world. People think that you need to have the idea. So it’s the idea, the idea of the idea, right?
So, “Oh, I need to find a good idea that no one ever has come up with and then I need to find investors and then I need to execute on this” And it’s this huge, complicated process and no one really knows how it works, there’s a million variations. At the end of the day if there is no idea then the idea is useless because a beginner who’s just starting out, usually doesn’t have an idea about business.
Business is not about some solution that you need to come up with in the world out there. It’s generally how you execute it. The execution is king here. People try to build a business and they’re not just alone but they’re not even surrounding themselves, they don’t have any friends who are also business owners.
So no peer group. They have friends who have jobs. They have friends who are students, they have friends who are just kinda drug dealers or something like that, they’re not really doing anything with their lives, you are the average of the five people you surround yourself with.

Hi, this is Aleksander Vitkin, and in today’s video I’m going to talk about how to cure laziness, how to cure that feeling of being passive and procrastinating, and how to go from that to being active, in fact more active than most people you know.
