It's been too long everyone! I know, I'm sorry, I have been thinking about posting every day and it's just been too much going on for me to focus. Thankfully the wonderful Isabelle came to my rescue and she wanted to chat to me about Food Safety. For those of you unaware my day job is to work with food safety for Tetra Pak's customers and Isabelle works in comms for our R&D area. With everything that is going on at the moment we felt that it was important to clarify how Tetra Pak views food safety and what are some of the important things to consider. What a great interview this was, and there is still more to come. Nancy Cates is a local cookie, coffee and more cafe in my local town. I knew talking to these girls Catie and Emelie was going to be really interesting and I wasn't wrong!

I have started with some basketball cards and some magic the gathering cards. The magic the gathering cards immediately look like a much better flip than the basketball cards. Particularly from a time perspective. I am very happy with how they have gone up in value already.
