Today I share a story from my first job out of university of a lesson one of my directors taught me. It has stuck with me all these years and what it means to me has also evolved. You have to remember that all the people you work with are indispensable.

Today I talk about how to make a good decisions. In fact more specifically, how to use Kepner Tregoe's decision analysis tool to make better decisions. I give a brief overview of the tool and why I think it's a great way to make rational decisions and avoid gut decisions.
