Disgraced former South Carolina attorney Alex Murdaugh, who is on trail for the deaths of his wife and son, testified today in his own defense. Plus, the National Transportation Safety Board released its preliminary report on the train derailment in Ohio which caused toxic chemicals to spill into the area. The report said the event was “100% preventable” leaving questions about what solutions could have been made before the disaster.
