Amber Hilberling - before Police Interrogation - Now dead in prison

In June of 2011, Amber pushed Josh from a 25th story window in their Tulsa apartment. The two had been married for a year, and their relationship was tumultuous from the start.

With a long history of both substance and physical abuse, the couple was in the process of splitting when the tragedy occurred. To pile onto the disaster and sadness of the catastrophe, Amber hanged herself in jail several years after Josh's death, leaving the couple's son, Levi, parentless.

  • Earl D Fisher - Police Interrogation - With an Outlaw Motorcycle Gang Leader
Earl D Fisher - Police Interrogation - With an Outlaw Motorcycle Gang Leader

Gresham resident Earl D. Fisher, one of the Gypsy Joker Outlaw Motorcycle Club members, on Thursday pleaded guilty to conspiracy to engage in racketeering in connection with the 2015 kidnapping and murder of a former club member.

Fisher, 49, is the second member of the motorcycle club to enter a guilty plea in the case. Racketeering, murder and kidnapping charges are pending against five others, who are scheduled for trial Aug. 31.

As part of his plea agreement, Fisher acknowledged that the motorcycle club, from at least January 2008 until October 2018, was an “outlaw” organization whose members followed a written code of conduct, wielding their power through intimidation, violence and murder while enriching themselves through extortion, robbery and drug distribution.

The racketeering charges stem from the 2015 kidnapping and killing of Robert “Bagger” Huggins, 56.

  • Christopher Fosmer - Child Abuse case - Police Interrogation
Christopher Fosmer - Child Abuse case - Police Interrogation

QUEENSBURY — Upset that his girlfriend's 3-month-old infant would not stop crying, a South Glens Falls man fractured both the child's collarbones this past weekend, Warren County sheriff's deputies said.

The boy suffered the injuries around 9 p.m. Sunday after Christopher Fosmer, who was looking after the child by himself, grabbed and squeezed the boy, Lt. Steven Stockdale said.
"He was very frustrated and went through a variety of things when the boy would not stop crying," Stockdale said of Fosmer.

Fosmer is dating the child's mother but is not the boy's father, the lieutenant said. The mother had gone out for the night and left Fosmer to look after the boy, Stockdale said.
At 10 p.m., a relative came home and, after finding the child injured, took the boy to Glens Falls Hospital, Stockdale said. The hospital contacted the state's child abuse hot line and police.
Fosmer, 23, of New Street, was charged with felony assault and misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child. He was arraigned in Queensbury Town Court and sent to Warren County jail after failing to post $20,000 bail.

The infant was released from Glens Falls Hospital and placed in temporary custody of social services.

Robert W. Gladden Jr., the 15-year-old charged in the Perry Hall High School cafeteria shooting, was sentenced to 35 years in prison.

Baltimore County Circuit Judge Robert E. Cahill Jr. went beyond state sentencing guidelines to put Gladden away until he is at least 50 years old, citing continued fear in Perry Hall along with a national concern for school safety that has grown stronger since the Newtown, Conn. school massacre.

In this episode of True Crime: The Court of Public Opinion, Alexis Knight delves into the case that shocked a nation: Lucy Letby, a neonatal nurse accused of murdering and harming the most vulnerable of patients—newborns.

Was Letby truly a predator hiding behind a caring facade, or the scapegoat for systemic failures in a troubled hospital? With a lack of direct evidence and a conviction built largely on patterns and circumstance, the case has left the public divided and uneasy. Join us as we explore the allegations, the trial, and the fears that cases like this ignite in us all.

Was justice served, or is this another example of how fragile our trust in the system can be? You decide.

  • Serial killer Ed Kemper (IQ of 145) - Interview - filmed in 1991 when Kemper was 42 years old
Serial killer Ed Kemper (IQ of 145) - Interview - filmed in 1991 when Kemper was 42 years old

Serial killer Ed Kemper - Interview - filmed in 1991 when Kemper was 42 years old, with French writer Stéphane Bourgoin

Edmund Emil Kemper III (born December 18, 1948) is an American serial killer, rapist, cannibal, and necrophile who murdered ten people, including his paternal grandparents and mother. He is noted for his large size, at 6 feet 9 inches (2.06 m), and for his high intellect, possessing an IQ of 145. Kemper was nicknamed the Co-ed Killer as most of his victims were female college students.

Born in California, Kemper had a disturbed upbringing. His parents divorced and he moved to Montana with his abusive mother as a child before returning to California, where he murdered his paternal grandparents when he was 15. He was diagnosed as a paranoid schizophrenic by court psychiatrists and sentenced to the Atascadero State Hospital as a criminally insane juvenile.

Released at the age of 21 after convincing psychiatrists he was rehabilitated, Kemper was regarded as non-threatening by his future victims. He targeted young female hitchhikers during his killing spree, luring them into his vehicle and driving them to secluded areas where he would murder them before taking their corpses back to his home to be decapitated, dismembered, and violated. Kemper then murdered his mother and one of her friends before turning himself in to the authorities.

Found sane and guilty at his trial in 1973, Kemper requested the death penalty for his crimes. Capital punishment was suspended in California at the time, and he instead received eight concurrent life sentences. Since then, he has been incarcerated in the California Medical Facility. Kemper has waived his right to a parole hearing several times and has said he is happy in prison.

  • ANNOYING 20-Year-Old Girl Becomes Uncooperative After DWI Arrest a MUST listen!
ANNOYING 20-Year-Old Girl Becomes Uncooperative After DWI Arrest a MUST listen!

Around 1:42 AM on November 5, 2021, officers from the Vernon Township Police Department were dispatched to the site of a possible disturbance on Steamboat Drive. When Police arrived, they noticed 20-year-old Gabriella Colon sitting in a locked 2011 BMW. Her boyfriend informed Patrolman Adam Kraus that Gabriella had been drinking, while she defied the officers’ instructions and threatened to drive away. Patrolman Mangano and Patrolman Rembish also arrived on scene. As a result of her behavior, officers had to threaten to break the window of her vehicle before she finally exited the BMW. While they suspected that Gabriella was intoxicated, they declined to perform field sobriety test because of possible safety concerns. Based on her uncooperative behavior and standard indicators of impairment, Gabriella was arrested for driving under the influence. She was transported to Vernon Township Police HQ, where she continued to act belligerent and uncooperative. She had to be physically restrained and she even attempted to game the breathalyzer test repeatedly. After Gabriella was processed and fingerprinted at police HQ, she was released to her boyfriend after he signed the Potential Liability Warning form on her behalf. She was issued the following summonses: Operating under the influence, reckless driving, refusal to submit to chemical test, and obstructing the administration of law.
