Joining me today are Steph and Walt from the US content agency CROSSOVR Collective.  They work across sports and entertainment and have collaborated with Lil Wayne, NFL, NBA stars, and the Drew League.  Steph and Raj go back nearly 20 years and so you'll hear the origin story of how they met when Raj was getting his bag searched in New York City. The guys also talk about name image and likeness rights for college football and basketball stars, as well as the perception of Dubai across the hip-hop culture and black America.
