Nick Koumalatsos joined the Marine Corps in 2000 and went on to become a 12 year Special Operations Marine Corps veteran with Marine Reconnaissance and Marine Special Operations Command. He has deployed in support of OIF/OEF and other places all over the world. Has trained foreign police, military, and militia in several countries.

His military career prepared him for successful leadership and strategic operational planning. Nick is the founder and CEO of Alexander Industries as well as the producer of a successful YOUTUBE channel  and Podcast with his wife and partner Alison Capra.

They co-own Agoge Training an online fitness coaching and private training facility, and Johnny Slicks an organic grooming essentials company.  Nick is a self-published author Ex-Communicated Warrior, 7-Stages of Transition, and co-author of fitness training books: USMC Prep, Recon Prep, and Marine Raider Prep. Nick has heart for his community first and foremost. He founded the Raider Project in 2014, a non-profit for active duty service members to help them transition out of the military. Mitch Sadowsky, a coach at Coastal Performance and owner of Mitch11 Strength & Performance, works with a variety of athletes from amateur and professional golfers to professional and high school age volleyball players to assess movement and develop mobility, strength and speed programs consistent with the goals and needs of the individual.

A member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association, some of Mitch’s clients include and have included PGA touring professionals Ian Poulter, Graeme McDowell, and Hank Lebioda, LPGA member Anne Van Dam.
