    The people have the natural right to form or abolish any government for the purpose of ensuring their own security and sustainability.
    On this July 14, 2019, National Day, We, the people of France, once again declare our inalienable sovereignty.
    With constancy and obstinacy, the people of France, with or without a vest, denounced the corruption of the republic and the illegitimacy of this false representative democracy.

    The 3 Tacks, a strategic, least violent outline for humanity moving forward, for the only legitimate war on earth, that of the people of the world vs. the transnational billionaire class.
    Hope to get this out before they drop the internet on us...
    Of course we yellow vests have no leaders nor formal structure, so most yellow vest concepts that receive articulation are not intended to bar other good ideas that may spring up.
    The 3 Tacks were articulated after an international yellow vest discussion from a year ago last March.
    So to discuss them in greater detail...
    1) First Tack: Micro decentralized voluntary direct democracy assemblies, denying any outside authority.
    2) Second Tack: Destroy surveillance apparatus.
    3) Third Tack:  Publicly name, collectively locate and attack individual billionaires, one at a time.
    Next time, depending on the state of the world, we'll discuss the 2019 Bastille Day French Proclamation, that really was a call for the first Tack in a sense.

    You may have noticed this entry has been delayed by almost a week.  In light of the disgusting shooting in Portland prior to the scheduled JFPK march Saturday evening February 19, about which I made reference in the last entry.  The 3 Tacks will be discussed in the next entry coming very soon.
    The Portland shooting was so horrific it literally strains credulity.  A white man shot 3 unarmed women moving as "corkers" at the perimeter of the protest for the safety of those gathered, and also shot a street medic trying to aid the wounded before being taken down by a shot to his hip from an armed civilian protest protector.
    I'm not going to mention any names here today, besides the handle of "T-rex," the 60 year old woman shot in the head point blank who died. -who is forever a free speech hero, and much more now...
    But I have walked with these people myself.  One of the victims surviving 2 gunshots currently, has provided not only support, but great information to Portland protestors since at least 2020, much of which I have personally relied on.
    I'm certain more information will trickle out about gory details in time, but all indications so far point to one of the most brazen, inexplicably horrible shootings of which I am aware.
    All of my support, and that of yellow vests around the world, send support and deepest condolences to all involved, their family and friends, to JFPK and the larger Portland revolutionary community.  The enemies of humanity are ruthless, and our community of mutual aid will continue to be necessary and our honor moving forward.  We protect us, in the face of continuing inhuman institutions.
    All advocates for freedom of speech, association, and protest should be roundly condemning what happened, regardless of personal ideology, or the "unfortunate" timing in light of the billionaire civil war agenda, as described in entry 4 of LNNR.
    As is hopefully understood by now, we yellow vests do not adhere to prescribed divisions, party politics nor politicians of any stripe, and we recognize that all traditional revolutionary theory has been largely transcended by the contemporary totalitarian technocratic threat.  Though we have no leaders, our commonly cited 3 points of unity are:
    Humanity First,
    Anti-austerity, and
    Direct Democracy.
    As such and to the degree the proclaimed "People's convoy of 2022" seeks to end government mandates issued under a dubious emergency declaration, we support it.  Yellow Vests everywhere have opposed these covid mandates essentially since day 1, see Acte70 in France from March of 2020.
    So I for one was set to join the convoy when news of the shooting and T-rex murder stopped my in my tracks the morning of 2/20 while in Las Vegas.
    Ultimately I did join the convoy in Kingman, Arizona and drove with them across Arizona with a "No Machine Cops Either. Stop #AutomatedFascism"  banner across the back of the vehicle, spending the night in Lupton, where I made a statement about the T-rex murder to the press the following  morning.
    The ignorance of the Portland matter among the convoy was disturbing, but soon corrected, with many participants condemning the incident.
