Whenever humans encounter an extraterrestrial conveyance craft or alien beings, it is always unexpected. Our alien visitors call all the shots when it comes with their interactions with us, and we are always caught completely off-guard when they confront us. Also, a percentage of UFOs in the declassified Pentagon report expected to be released within the next week will actually be extraterrestrial in origin, but the government is unlikely to make that admission.
