The Senate Armed Services Subcommittee on Emerging Threats and Capabilities hears from Jon Kosloski, director of the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office. Kosloski became the latest permanent director of AARO earlier this year, replacing AARO's first director, Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick, who was hostile to allegations that the Department of Defense is hiding information on UFOs and aliens from elected officials.

The strange case known as the Sandown Clown incident is discussed. Two seven-year-old children encountered an apparent non-human intelligent creature on the Isle of Wight in May 1973. The seven-foot-tall being they encountered was dressed in tattered clothes and clown makeup, and the children believed it was a ghost. However, the father of one of the kids believed the creature was an extraterrestrial, based on UFO experiences he had leading up to the incident. Also, posts in Reddit’s Humanoid Encounters section regarding creatures appearing in Arcata in Humboldt County, California, are apparently part of an orchestrated hoax.

Also, an amazing alien abduction story from 1989 involving two middle-aged women who, while on a journey from Colorado to St. Louis, witnessed a UFO and then experienced two hours of missing time. Later, the women were independently hypnotized, and the results revealed “at least 40 direct correlations between their accounts.” The accounts revealed, among other things, that the women were brought into a flying saucer and examined by alien creatures.

Lue Elizondo was in Philadelphia on Monday where he presented a high-resolution image of a purported mothership UFO hovering in the clouds above Romania. Elizondo said he had received the picture in 2022 from a government friend, but it was later revealed that the image was originally posted on Facebook in 2022 and might be a fake. Elizondo then acknowledged he should have done a better job at verifying the picture’s authenticity before presenting it. A new three-part documentary series called “The Manhattan Alien Abduction” premiered on Netflix on Oct. 30 and it details the incredible true story of Linda Napolitano, who was abducted from her Manhattan apartment by extraterrestrials on Nov. 30, 1989. The event is notable because 23 witnesses saw Napolitano floating in the sky toward a hovering UFO. Late UFO researcher Budd Hopkins investigated the case for years, and it was the subject of his 1997 book, “Witnessed: The True Story of the Brooklyn Bridge Abduction.” However, Napolitano and the estate of the late Budd Hopkins filed a lawsuit on Monday for damages. The suit, among other things, claims Hopkins ex-wife, Carol Rainey, is featured prominently in the series although it was promised that she would not be a key player in it. Rainey, who divorced Hopkins in 2006, disparages both Napolitano and Hopkins in the series. According to Forbes, “Napolitano claims the show sets her up as ‘a villain for purposes of controversy and conflict,’ defames her persona and character and that ‘The Manhattan Alien Abduction’ will ‘destroy her reputation as an honest and decent person.’”
