U.S. Air Force veteran Mike Ricksecker, in a recent opinion piece, theorized that some extraterrestrials might actually be a yet-to-evolve Earthbound species coming here from a distant future where humans are already extinct. Also, research conducted by the late UFO investigator Leonard Stringfield alleges that the U.S. government possesses historical film footage taken at crash retrieval sites.
