I am recording this today because I am finally feel safe enough to share this fully !
Now that I have my certificate, I’m ready to talk openly about Kundalini Yoga and what it’s actually done for my life.
Here’s my truth:
I was someone who could not sit still. Anxiety had a grip on me. Traditional meditation felt impossible. But when I found the meditations within Kundalini Yoga — something shifted. They were calming. Soothing. My body finally felt safe enough to be quiet.
And that’s when the healing began.
That’s when I started to hear the Holy Spirit.
So much of what blocks us from hearing God isn’t a spiritual problem — it’s a nervous system problem. When your nervous system is cluttered with stress, fear, and noise, that still small voice gets drowned out.
Kundalini Yoga helped me clear that clutter.
And if that makes some people uncomfortable — I understand. You don’t have to follow me.
