Have you considered how when you’re not in alignment and then you add intensity to your life it can actually cause damage? 

I share an example and lesson learned in my workout today that you can apply daily. 

Namely, today’s Rule is that when you had intensity over disfunction it will not get you where you want to go. You’ve got to have alignment first.

Today, I discuss the power equation that allows you to finally make the shift you’ve always wanted. You are always experiencing a form of pain; whether the pain of discontent of where you are currently or the pain of having to make changes to your life that are uncomfortable. 

In this episode I give you the way to transfer that power dynamic and make it actually easier to make the changes you’ve wanted to.
