That’s all fine and dandy, but what do you do when it’s not some random person on social media, but a close friend or family member that feels it their place to give their opinion?

This week is a new type of show for Rules of Success. 
We brought back Elliot Dole; owner of ElliotDolePT.com and previous guest of Episode 43 to have an informal, impromptu session where we talk all sorts of topics, all over the place. 
We talk politics, sports, pop-culture, UFC, The Fighter and the Kid, stand-up comedy.. Just to name a few! It’s truly the first episode of it’s type and you host shows a more candid, funny side to his duties. 
This episode is pretty fun. There is a lot of cursing, but such is life. It’s truly like you are eavesdropping on two dudes at a bar. Candid and opinionated. Just like you like it.

It’s official. My move is over and my family is is now starting over after close to 5 years in the same house. 
My message this week is the lessons learned from the being physically tested for our move. Both the metaphorical and literal challenges of it all reared it’s ugly head this week. 
I share about how to bridge the gap and allow the pain of change be welcomed by understanding the ‘why’ for the changes.

Another Side Car where I intertwine my message with the reality of my own experiences. 
This week my family moves after close to 5 years in the same house. It’s been an emotional affair to say the least. 
My message this week is about owning the emotions of life while allowing then to be released at the time that best serves you. Life is ALL of the colors of the palette, not just the fluffy, happy ones. 
Be okay with that, and know that it’s by understanding all of the feelings that you can appreciate the best ones. Just a thought.

This week was had a great in-studio guest; Devon Sandoval. This striker for the Real Salt Lake Major League Soccer Team dishes on the life of a pro-athlete, the state of soccer in the United States and how mindset plays just as crucial of a role as skill sets. 
As a native of Albuquerque, NM, Devon played high school soccer at Eldorado High. He continued his education and finished his collegiate soccer career at University of New Mexico; excelling where ever he played. 
Fast forward to 2015 and Devon is the starting forward for the Major League Soccer Club Real Salt Lake; located in Salt Lake City, UT. RSL was his first professional team; having been drafted in 2013 as the 29th pick overall. He hasn’t looked back since. 
In the first segment, we talk about his upbringing, the coaches that have impacted him and the way he approaches the game. Transitioning in the second segment to the state of major league soccer in the U.S. and how sees the growth of the sport.
