How many times in our lives to we had over our our peace of mind to someone else simply because it’s an uncomfortable conversation to have?
I was reminded of this in a very real way today. There are relationships that deserve to have a closer association that I’ve let wither because it’s a challenge to deal with it.

Marshall Wayne; Branding Expert and Creative Director of The Agency to join us this week to discuss the ‘how’ and ‘why’ of capturing the attention of your clients in the best possible way. 
In his business, Marshall Wayne employs the same strategies and tactics that the big-time Hollywood ad agencies do. He just makes them available at costs far less than the Hollywood standard. He has a keen eye for design and understands branding in a way few in this world do. 
We are grateful for his peak behind the curtain. 
In the first segment, we discuss is background and experiences. As a young athlete, Marshall would pattern the form and function of other successful athletes. As a state champion runner, he knew that true success is more a feat of engineering than anything, and decided to take his skill of modeling and patterning from the world of athletics and use it in business. 
One of his businesses garnered him the moniker “The Mastermind Behind ISIS” (yes, you read that correctly) and Marshall shares how that name came to be. He has started and ran several successful businesses; including a currency exchange and The Agency; his current home for helping big ticket sellers craft ad campaigns and sales funnels to attract high dollar prospects already pre-conditioned to buy.

On the day of this recording, I was experiencing a wicked head cold and it had taken me off my game for the past few days. On this episode of Rules of Success we had David Kozlowski in-studio to discuss communication, therapy and his teen-based 501-C3 called Quit Trip’n. 
The Mission Statement of Quit Trip’n is to “create safe environments for Teens to have a place where they are able to share the stress and personal struggles.”

As a young man who was adopted while at the same time had a knack from an early age of connecting with people, David shares several profound experiences that shed a light on how we can be more grounded and effective in our pursuit of happiness.

This week we had the joy of speaking with the Director of Expansion for PHP Agency; Maritza Cruz Thomas. As a former professional softball player, this school teacher turned entrepreneur has done some amazing things in her life and she shares for Success Nation some great takeaways!  
In the first segment we hear her story. She shares her take on limiting beliefs, having a mindset for success and how to avoid listening to those that have no right to give you advice. At 27 she was daignosed with a rare heart condition, and then at 35 was diagnosed with cervical cancer.
