René Schwarzgruber is a Relationship coach, a Connected breathwork facilitator and the co-founder of a successful travel company in the Greek islands. Most importantly, he is someone who is not afraid to break tradition & challenge the opinions of those around him in the pursuit of a happy & fulfilled life.

Growing up in a small city in Austria, he followed the natural path of many in the Western world, spending his early working years in a traditional banking background & playing football for his local team . But deep down he always knew that the average 9-5 life was not for him.

He took his first leap of faith & broke the mould early by going against the advice of everyone around him & moving to Norway. From there, he became an avid traveller & this led to him co-founding the travel company "Life is a Beach Party". This sparked over a decade of organising holidays of a lifetime for thousands of young people from around the world.

(Not all cheap vodka shots, working with high level football teams, connecting people & managing properties)

In more recent years, he made Kiev, the capital of Ukraine his home, and after becoming intrigued with dating, polarity, and why many modern relationships don't work out, he became a relationship coach who helps Western men build happy, sustainable relationships with Eastern European women.

After fleeing the war in Ukraine & helping dozens of Ukrainian refugees find homes & work in his home country of Austria, he has transitioned into a new life, finding a new home & new level of purpose. As he nears the completion of a 400h Breathwork facilitator training in Bali, which I am a teaching support on, Rene is ready to bring his unique life experience & passion for helping others back to Europe.

What do you do when someone is "angry with you"? Do you spend hours ruminating over it, wishing you had done something differently? "Was it that thing I said? Something I did?" In this short solo episode, Pete gives an analogy that has allowed him to calm the mind in times of conflict, let go of the need to find immediate resolution, and find deeper trust in those moments when someone seems (apparently) angered by our actions.
