Just when the caterpillar thought the world was over, it became a butterfly. – English Proverb
About This Episode:
We’re in a time of shift! And, there’s enough time still left this year to shift our personal narrative. Yes, the year 2020 is all about change, change, change, but instead of “change,” I challenge us to instead use the word “transformation.” As the world is transforming around us, we will need to transform – or reinvent – ourselves. In this #WalkWithMe episode, I give 5 steps that will guide you in your own transformation so that you can create personal momentum and rewrite your narrative before the end of 2020.

“The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong.” – Gandhi
About This Episode:
It seems like so many people today are too easily triggered, and then hold onto unneeded negativity for far too long. Bottom line: I think today we could all benefit from building our forgiveness muscle. Forgiveness is about setting someone free—not them, but YOU. In this #WalkWithMe episode, I share three thoughts on why and how we can learn to truly let go of things that hold us back.

Sebastian Terry (@seb100things ) is the Founder of 100things and Kindsum, a Keynote Speaker, a TV Host, an Author and a Philanthropist. He is known worldwide for pursuing an incredible list of 100 Things that he wants to achieve before he dies—a journey that has accidentally grown into a global movement of people chasing & achieving their dreams… and helping others do the same.
About This Episode:
Inspired by the death of a close friend, Sebastian Terry experienced a moment in his life when he asked himself a simple question: “Am I happy?” The answer was a resounding NO, which compelled him to create a list of 100 Things that he hoped would help him find happiness. Fast forward 10 years, after dropping everything in his life to pursue his crazy list, and Sebastian’s story has grown from a personal adventure into a global philanthropic movement that engages a growing tribe of hundreds of thousands of people to set meaningful goals, achieve one’s biggest dreams and help others in need.
In this special episode, I have an enlightening and inspiring conversation with Sebastian about the personal journey to finding self and happiness, and how to really feel ALIVE at this time—starting from a list and then going much bigger.

“Values are like fingerprints. Nobody’s are the same, but you leave them all over everything you do.” – Elvis Presley
About This Episode:
If we dig deep enough, we’ll find that the things we want and the goals we set are really insights into what we value. If we ask ourselves what we value, we can often find other creative and unique ways to fulfill those values in the short-term with what we currently have. In this #WalkWithMe episode, I talk about what truly powers our desires, and how understanding this core can change how we design our lives every single day.

“Doubt increases with inaction. Clarity reveals itself in momentum. Growth comes from progress. For all these reasons, BEGIN.” – Brendon Burchard
About This Episode:
We all know what it looks and feels like to be ‘crushing it’ in business or life. We’re ‘on fire’ or ‘in the zone’ – there’s an energy that moves us forward. I call that “personal momentum.” There is still plenty of time in 2020 to reassess your goals, figure out what you’ll focus on, and put yourself into a personal momentum so that you can attract what you want and then compound your results. In this #WalkWithMe episode, I share 5 simple steps we can take immediately to put ourselves into a personal momentum in our business, our career, and our life between now and the rest of the year.

“Once your mindset changes, everything on the outside will change along with it.” – Steve Maraboli
About This Episode:
2020 is more than just the year of the career pivot; I believe it is the era of the entrepreneur. This time of major shifts is setting the stage for entrepreneurs to either get in the game or step up because we need new out-of-the-box creative approaches to solve today’s problems. Becoming an entrepreneur requires a different mindset than that of an employee. In this episode of “#WalkWithMe” I share 7 mindset shifts I’ve learned over the past two decades that can help somebody become a solo entrepreneur or raise their game.
