How do we come to peace with who we are, what we can’t have, what we can’t fix, who we will never be, what we will never have? How do we do this so that we can be devoted to ourselves and our paths and our lives? How do we free ourselves of the tyranny of “if only”?
In this epi, I explore things in my life that Life has forced me to choose because I finally realised I couldn’t “fix” them and, quite frankly, trying to fix them was driving me mad.
I share my story accepting my sexual trauma, endometriosis and other chronic conditions I have, depression and suicidality, singleness, autism, being a Manifestor in human design, running a small solo business and more.
I explore all the ways I had to overcome societal and familial judgement about what is acceptable and not acceptable and what accepting these things says about my character, potential, capabilities, etc
Let’s chat.
