i love having these random realizations while filming. imposter syndrome is a bitch but the one thing that alleviates it is when i'm sitting with someone and they feel safe to let everything out that they've been holding in. i can't wait to keep growing and learning.
it's been a hot second since i've uploaded, thank you for listening to me process and holding you hostage. hopefully you'll hear from me soon.
this is definitely one of those spur of the moment, unorganized rambles, but it inspired me to dig deeper into the hyper-vigilance and to talk about it in therapy. hopefully when that happens, i'll come back with a more concise, well-spoken episode. until then, thank you for tuning in, it means the world to me <3
i feel like all of my relationships need to be.. mended lmao, with people but also with concepts of existence. sometimes i wish i wasn't so existential, but also, it's kinda fun.
if you wanna see what i'm up to in the months in-between uploads, here are my socials!

well hello lovely people, i missed this. i took a break from homework and wanted to chat! i hope you enjoy this episode and i hope it feels like we're all chatting and catching up with a cute cup of coffee or tea :)
Years of therapy, crying, and self-reflecting have gotten me to the point where i.. am actively trying to have healthy relationships in all facets of my life. I have been trying to actively and respectfully receive feedback from my loved ones in an effort to become the best version of myself as i can be. I am very tired, this shit is not easy, but we're heading in the right direction that 20 year old me could only DREAM of.
Well that was a long winded title, wasn't it? I do a little ASMR with trying to clean my makeup brushes and chat about the habits I'm trying to change and defining what self-compassion and empathy really looks and feels like.
well, you're about to find out what these last 8 months have been like for me. it's been such a rollercoaster of great and shitty things, which i'm sure most of you have been experiencing during a freaking pandemic! i didn't mention in the video that i've also had a share of anxiety attacks and depressive episodes, which are always fun! but every day has been different and i'm just trying to manage everything one day at a time.
Oh what a wild ride these past 6 months have been. A ton of ups and downs have occurred, but I wouldn't change a thing.. I think. I'm still figuring things out (as per usual) but I guess I'll never stop learning. My brain hurts, can I just turn it off for a while? #ItsTimeToPullATimmyTurner
TRIGGER WARNING: EATING DISORDERS.
I hope I articulated my thoughts and feelings regarding the conversation about Adele's photo and my personal experience with body image issues. I can only speak for myself and my experiences and talk about what I have learned from friends who suffer from similar issues.
