Our first question is from a freelance copywriter who is having trouble shutting out the distraction of writing fiction during the times he should be working. He wants to know if this is due to a distracting writing environment or if it's because of a mental aspect that he hasn't considered.

The second question is from Cindy Who in Whoville. (Andy doesn't believe it's her real name…) She loves to hand pick the perfect gift for family and friends, but lately, the chaos of being around hordes of pushy people has her heart feeling a little smaller this year. She wants to know what has happened to make people act this way.
