Don Grant from Dentsply Sirona joins Shane McElroy and Blake McClellan for this hilarious episode of The ALL-IN Podcast.  Don talks about his background as a orthodontic rep and his promotion to manager and then to manager of multiple product lines with Dentsply.  He then discuses his recent jump into Instagram and TikTok and how it has helped him connect with doctors in a new and fun way.  Instead of sitting back thru COVID, he attacked social media and it has already paid dividends.  The guys also get into Canada's notoriously crappy internet, beard grooming techniques and how John Denver freaking rocks!  Don's an awesome dude and really funny, so make sure you check out this episode!

Oral surgeon, Dr. Kenny Brown joins Shane McElroy (@implantmba) and Blake McClellan (@implantcompare) on this very special episode of The All-In Podcast.  It may not be a comfortable topic, but it is important that all of us start communicating and empathizing with each other about the issues of racial inequality in this country.  Dr. Brown is extremely candid in sharing his story, from his experiences in southern California, to living in Texas and with his interactions with police.  Kenny is an amazing person and we very much appreciate him being part of this episode!
