We check in with Nichole Fredrickson and her battle with breast cancer. We also discuss tattoos and the support from the extended racing family and just how important that is. We surprise her with additional guests--her brothers Danny and David and talk more about what it was like growing up in the racing community--specifically at Elko Speedway in Elko, MN where their family ran the track for years.
