Each year I take a look at my life on my birthday. In this episode, I make a small comparison of this one to last year's. There are some striking similarities. But yet again, life is what you make it.

We all strive for some sort of happiness. We need to get working on being happy because life is short.

And after 2020, a lot of us are realizing we need to get going. And I think, yeah, if it taught us anything; It's we need to re-think what makes us happy.

The Other Side Of Fear Is Love

What is new for me in 2021 & What I do everyday to feel good!

Now, just because 2021 has arrived the difficulty of life has not gone away.

Because of the year 2020 I've found the good! And if we all look we will find something good from all the chaos. 

For... kindness. Yes Kindness. It's turned into a cliche that it's 'Easy' to give kindness. It's been a challenging year, and the kindest amongst us have had a hard time too. Maybe, kindness is easy, but I also say that it is a decision. That is where it gets hard.

In my life, I love a routine. I get up at about the same time every day and have coffee and then maybe walk the dogs and work from home. It makes my life better, comfortable and predictable.

We can get comfortable being uncomfortable. It's a kind of Confidence. Confidence is something we build. We are not born with it.

Sometimes in life there comes a time when we decide, 'no more'. Really, we've had enough. We all have our 'line' and once crossed there is no going back.

It is enough to be empathetic to others for others. And if you need to pull back somewhere in your life; do it. When/if you re-emerge draw a healthy line. 

The bold bet is on yourself. It's not meant to be easy. Nothing makes you successful instantly. Get in the game and stay in the game. I won't know how close I might have been to a goal when I quit because the first or second route did not lead me there. There are somethings that maybe I should have stuck with, mistakes I made. I didn't have the knowledge back then that I now do; to keep going success is not an easy or straight road.

Today I talk about a few reminders to get you putting some Belief in your own Possibilities.
