Ever thought to yourself, who the f*** am I? Traumatic pasts and the statistics of where you should have ended up vs where you are can lead to what's called "Imposter Syndrome" - Constant thoughts that you don't belong, doubting yourself and your achievements, constantly comparing yourself to others; I'm boring, not exciting/fun enough which only worsens when stressed/tired etc. It can feel exhausting showing up to a life you don't feel/believe you deserve.

Wrapping up Season One with the outtakes and a Segment from each of my amazing guests about their pet peeves! Those moments when you find yourself staring blankly into oblivion thinking "yeah, cool c***" or some other variation of words.
