Peter and Halil have the keys (remote access) to a Tesla Model Y Performance. Performance is what the badge says and Performance is what it provides. The suspension is now revised to match the upgraded power, the interior is typical practical Tesla. The boys decide whether to go for the Y Performance or stick to the Standard Y. We then throw in competitors like the Porsche Macan and debate whether you stick with the Y Performance - Spoiler alert - Peter does and Halil throws in something from left field. Halil is also debating the visual safety of a red triangle a la Mercedes side window versus the camera based system used in the Tesla.

Peter Ross and Halil talk about Macca's Drive-thru's. Ross tells us how he wrote off a Nissan 200SX to stop his drunk friend from driving. Peter talks about the cars he drove in the USA and becomes a victim of road rage. Halil drives Peter's Model 3 while he is away. Ross orders a BMW XM but delays the delivery until he sees one in real life.

Peter and Tom interview Zak from VSP Security Racing where Zak is currently preparing a BMW 1M for this year's Bathurst 6 Hour Race.  We look at what is involved in preparing for a production car endurance race at Bathurst - from the role each pit crew member has to catering and tables and chairs in the pits.  Zak goes through what modifications are allowed to the BMW 1M to pass scrutineering. Peter and Ross compare the Christmas road trip vs the Christmas cruise on a ship. We compare over the air updates between the Tesla and BMW - the Tesla gave presents while the BMW took them away. Ross has ordered a BMW XM.  A round of rants - Peter hates paper straws and Ross ordered a drinks package that comes with no water. Ross talks about his new racing sim and forgets about the TV advertisement being filmed at his factory with his trucks.

Peter Halil and the Roving Reporter discuss their time at Summernats35 - an annual celebration of Horsepower from highly modified vehicles.  The boys go through the process of entering a vehicle at Summernats and discussed what cars were in this year and what was knocked back in the past. The Roving Reporter was excited about the drifting events.  Halil looks at the controversial Grand Champion win going to a Porsche.  The Roving Reporter discusses his plans to enter his '67 Mustang for Grand Champion next year.  Can Summernats be held at another venue?
