More about Ryan
Ryan exists to help people feel supported exactly as they are. As a triplet born into a rabbinical family, he has always been fascinated by relationship dynamics and personal development. After a career in entertainment at WME and running development at an Academy Award winning production company, Ryan’s path led him to coaching when a former celebrity client quite literally forced him to coach her. Within a few months, her professional and personal life radically transformed and suddenly he had a full practice and a new career path.
Twelve years later, Ryan coaches leaders to develop their emotional intelligence and communication skills. His coaching curriculum focusing on Emotional FITness and Conscious Communication has guided Tech, Finance and Entertainment founders and C-Suite Leaders and their teams to overcome seemingly impossible hurdles, repair broken relationships in the workplace, reduce anxiety and stress and increase productivity, collaboration and profit.
Clients say that working with Ryan has led them to understand the source of their stress and anxiety and given them real, applicable tools to guide themselves back to center in moments of need. The work has brought business partners back in collaboration from the brink of break ups, lowered employee attrition and transformed workspaces to places where people want to be. Ryan lives in Los Angeles with his husband, dogs and chickens. He is passionate about weight lifting, great cocktails, travel, and time in the woods.

Scott Kaufman is like a wizard for the heart. He has a way of getting down to the nitty-gritty really quickly, and in a way that feels true, and approachable. As a coach, he offers practical and tangible tools that can be implemented immediately and shares authentically every time we connect. Which, lucky for me, is pretty often. I am so stoked to share his story and his wisdom with you today.
In today's episode, we dive deep into some of our psychedelic experiences, together and separately. He shares about his ego deaths that were utterly life-altering in every way imaginable. We talk about polarity, couple's work, and men's work. He coaches me on some old stories that I hadn't fully released, and so much more.
Let's get to it.

The way spirit moves through Peretz is phenomenal. He is a straight-up channel to the divine, and his alignment and attunement is something serious. Peretz is a mystic, and he breaks down what that means, how it pertains to him, and how he shows up in the world. We speak about intentionality in life, and how that can reduce feeling ungrounded or anxious.
We talk about what the soul is and what its true purpose is. We discuss the high holy days that are here, Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, and what they are really about (it's not about atonement fam). We dive deep into giving, what that can do, and how we nourish ourselves figuratively and literally. And of course, we talk about my beloved "grandmother", Ayahuasca, whom we have both sat with and been Altared by.
There are so many gems to this episode, let's get right to it. If you haven't already done so, be sure to leave a 5-star review and a written review of this podcast, and if it feels authentic, share it with your soul family. We want this in as many ears as possible.
Thanks all. Peace.

Today's episode is not the norm. New age spirituality, look out, because Chloe Elgar is a truth-teller and a seer. She is the one who sees with her eyes closed. She is the one who sees in the dark. What you see is not what you get. Behind her big eyes, welcoming smile and open heart lives unmistakable wisdom, cut-throat truth and raw intensity. She will not just tell you what you want to hear. Her work is rooted in cultivating a different relationship with darkness and intuition.
In today's episode we dive deep into:
Our relationship with darkness and why we must embrace it
Our intuition and how to access it
Our connection to the spirit world
Stillness and what can catch us when we arrive
What happens when we numb our gifts
Integrating every aspect of ourselves and why it's non negotiable
The tapestry of Chloe's life weaves in different spiritual aspects of the East and the West, thanks to a unique childhood growing up in Malaysia. A fierce believer in magic and ally to Mother Earth, Chloe surrounds herself with the wisdom and teachings of nature and the ancestors. Working with Chloe invites you to walk in the dark and to stop hiding from life. She works with people on claiming and developing their intuitive skills and strengthening their voice and expressions. Chloe works closely with the runes, ancestors, magic, animals, and nordic wisdom.

Dianne Bondy and I met years ago at a photo shoot for Gaiam. Their focus was to portray different body types, and people of color, and show the world that yoga (asana) isn't just for skinny white women, but indeed, for every body. It was about time, and frankly we still have a long way to go. Dianne Bondy is, as she calls it, an interrupter, and man is she good at it. She has so much insight and so much wisdom, and is not afraid to speak her truth (satya). You don't want to miss this one. Let's get to it.
We discuss:
Dianne Bondy is the founder of the Yoga For All movement, a body image advocate, body positivity and social equity warrior and believes in self-care, self-love and self-acceptance as a practice. Dianne Bondy is a social justice activist, author, accessible yoga teacher, and the leader of the Yoga For All movement. Her inclusive approach to yoga empowers anyone to practice—regardless of their shape, size, ethnicity, or level of ability. Dianne is revolutionizing yoga by educating yoga instructors around the world on how to make their classes welcoming for all kinds of practitioners.
Dianne is the author of the international best selling book, Yoga for Everyone (DK Publishing, Penguin Random House), co-author of Yoga Where Yoga Are (to be released in December 2020), and a frequent contributor to Yoga International, DoYou, Yoga Girl, and Omstars. She has been featured in publications such as The Guardian, Huffington Post, Cosmopolitan, and People.
Dianne’s commitment to increasing diversity in yoga has been recognized in her work with Pennington’s, Gaiam, and the Yoga & Body Image Coalition, as well as in speaking engagements at Princeton, Duke, University of Buffalo and UC Berkeley on Yoga, Race, and Diversity.
