At this time of the year, teachers are pretty worn out and it’s time for teacher leaders to take actions and make an impact! We invited multiple instructional coaches to talk about their ways to assist teachers in their professional development. One thing they all agree on, is that teachers need partnership instead of normal coaching cycles. They need a helping hand instead of pushing one. A lot of times as teacher leaders, we feel like we have to be super strategic, but sometimes we just need to be human.

Take action and start creating change from within your school building. Some questions you may want to ask yourself are: How do you find changes you want to see? How to evoke change no matter where we are? You know what should be done differently so instead of wishing and wanting, speak up! Use your ideas and voice to develop your game plan.
