Right now in my coaching cycles we are digging heavily into data and the pressure is on in most schools to use this second half of the year to capitalize on Ss growth and play significant catch up in addition to achieving the expected grade level milestones. Educators are feeling stressed, anxious and frustrated. But, I am here to remind you that you are on your way to success.
