CFB rankings came out this week for the first time.  Cincinnati is screwed at #6 (or are they???) in the CFB though they are #2 in the AP.  BYU is ranked #15 in CFB, which was a nice surprise!

Utah is in control of the PAC-12 South and we are loving it!  GO UTES!!!

NFL Pick 'Em Week 9 to end the show.  Bunch of bummer news this week NFL wise.  Derrick Henry injury, Jameis Winston injury, Aaron Rodgers has COVID-19, and Henry Ruggs III made an unforgiveable mistake.

Jazz are 3-0 and we are liking what we are seeing from Whiteside and Paschall.  Though the offense isn't totally clicking we like to tally up the wins.  The scuffle between Whiteside and one of the two J. Greens on the Nuggets was fun lol.

Bummer Jokic got hurt in the game... he had 24 points in 15 minutes!  But Donovan did take advantage of him at the rim.

Utes lose their momentum against Oregon State and lose.  Though the Utes still control their destiny to get back to the PAC-12 Championship, they have a tough one against UCLA at home this week in a must win situation.

BYU is back in the rankings at #25 after beating Washington State on the road 21-19.  It was not an easy win, but now BYU is 4-0 against the PAC-12 this year lol.

NFL Pick 'Em to end the show.  The Chiefs are bad..... yikes. (Yes, I wrote "yikes". It felt right.)

Have you guys seen 'Dune'?  It is AWESOME!!!

Jazz kick off the season with a W against our old pal Derrick Favors and OKC.  I don't feel like we played extremely well, but we still won by 21.  Great way to start the season and we are excited to get into how this first week of the season shakes out.

BYU is now unranked after a predictable loss to future conference opponent Baylor on the road.  

The Utes are looking good!  28 UNANSWERED!  YOU LIKE THAT!

Utah controls their own destiny and have Oregon State this week on the road and will need to continue to take care of business.

Spencer is up 2 games on NFL Pick 'Em.  This week is going to be tough with a lot of the top teams on bye including the Cowboys, Bills, and Chargers.

We are posting a day earlier than normal because I will be on vacation! 

The Jazz season starts in just over a week and we are hyped!!!  We talk about the preseason game against the Pelicans and what we have to look forward to in the coming weeks.

Thank goodness the NBA is back soon because BYU just broke my heart after giving the game away to Boise State with 4 turnovers....

The Utes on the other hand get their first win in the Coliseum since joining the PAC-12.  Utah has a big game against ASU this weekend for control of the South Division.  Lots to talk about!

We finish with NFL Pick 'Em against the spread and our top fantasy football busts through week 5.

We got a mailbag question from our friend Curtis.  The message is about BYU's incredible start to the football season.  What is BYU's ceiling right now? Playoff? New Years Six?  We answer it!!

BYU has a tough matchup against Boise St. this weekend at home and the Utes have USC on the road in a loser leaves town matchup.

Jared Butler.  Let's just say we may be overreacting, but we are hyped!

We make our NFL picks this week.  Spencer is 32-31, while I (Skyler) am 2 games back at 30-33.  Yay... I am below average thus far, lol.

Plus, SQUID GAME.  We briefly talk about this phenomenon of a show.  I haven't finished it yet, so not spoilers! .............. yet lol.

Well Spencer and I both won on some sports bets this weekend, that was fun lol.  Utah Jazz started their 2021 training camp this week in Las Vegas to recreate some of that bubble feel!  I am excited for the season to start and the focus on the playoffs this year is real as the Jazz made evident during their time with the media this week.

BYU and the Utes both won this week, though it was pretty.  BYU is now ranked #13 and will be heading up to Logan on Friday to take on the Aggies.  Go Coogz!

NFL week 3 was a blast, other than the Eagles and Seahawks losing games in a rough fashion.  CMC is out a couple of weeks so Chuba Hubbard is our darling waiver of the week.  I love football so much.  I hope it is obvious.

We end with our recommendation of the week.  Have you guys heard of Squid Game?

The Utes had a rough weekend after losing in Triple OT to SDSU.  Charlie Brewer decided the UofU was not for him, so he is out!  Cam Rising will be taking the Utes into the PAC-12 season against Washington State this week.  I guess better now than later for Brewer to say 'goodbye'!  Weird situation tbh.  Sorry Spencer, but this was a tough football weekend for him, with the Utes, Seahawks, and fantasy teams not doing well.

BYU wins against 2 ranked opponents in back to back weeks for the first time in the program's history after beating ASU.  They are now #15 in the nation with some winnable games ahead.  How high is their ceiling???  Listen in to find out...

NFL week 2 recap!  Spencer and I are now tied at 15 games picked correctly, tbh not great lol, more average than anything.  But maybe one week this year we will pick all the games right!  I am getting +3000 odds on the Eagles +4 against the Cowboys on MNF via Fanduel this weekend.... so Fly Eagles Fly!

Though my fantasy teams sucked for the most part, I (Skyler) am living on a cloud after BYU beat Utah for the first time since 2009.  We talked about the game and how week 3 looks for both BYU and Utah.  

Then we recap week 1 of the NFL and pick our games against the spread.  Some shockers last week as far as how crappy the Titans and Packers looked last week.  Will they bounce back?  Listen in to find out what we think.

We start out the podcast talking about our good beats and bad beats and how our Labor Day weekends went down.  College football week one was electric.  Utah and BYU both won their matchups week 1, which will make the game in Provo this Saturday a must see event.  Would be an awesome weekend for me (Skyler) to see BYU beat Utah for the first time since 2009 and BYU get invited to the BIG XII!

We then go through NFL week 1 and pick each game against the spread.  We will see who between us picks the most games right by season end! We end the show with another awesome recommendation of the week.  BTW, Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas was absolutely incredible!
