It’s hard to allow yourself to be happy and have peace in your day to day when you have been betrayed by someone or have allowed another human being to talk down to you and tell you that you aren’t good enough or that you don’t do enough or that you are a terrible evil human being. You have must fight the urge to give up on yourself, your loved ones and the quest for your happiness and peace. ✌🏻 I hope you guys enjoy💯❤️💪

Throughout this life we all will end up getting our hearts crushed if not 1 time multiple times. The key to finding true lasting love is not allowing that to stop you from continuing your quest and remaining who you are along the way.

Sometimes we forget that our life journey is indeed our personal journey. We forget that we have individual stories. Sometimes we merge them with other people’s journeys and stories which makes it hard to stay focused and keep on course.

Sometimes the more logical and easier thing to do is just give up, when things get tough, scary or you begin to feel like you are just in a cycle that is never ending and it seems like every time you try no matter what it is in life that things just are doomed to not work out and there is no point. There is a point and it will work out. It will turn around and be different in time at the right time but you won’t know and see it actually happen if you give up.

As we enter a new year many people are making and trying to stick to New Years Resolutions. I am no different. In today’s return episode of Always On The Move I discuss why I was away for almost 2 months. 2023 ended with major life changes that I wouldn’t have bet on happening. Even in these surreal and daunting times I can assure you that Always On The Move isn’t going anywhere. As we move forward and look ahead to 2024 we look up and keep our heads held high 💯💪

Sometimes life comes at us with so much and at such a fast pace that we often get overwhelmed. We bottle up emotions especially feelings of anger and allow them to fester until our rage comes out in a burst of negative actions with negative consequences. On todays episode I discuss how to take that anger and rage and morph it, change it into peace and productivity.
