The Red Book, known as Adult Children of Alcoholics/Alcoholic/Dysfunctional Families is the approved literature of the 12 step program for adult children. This podcast reviews the 25 questions mentioned in the book that helps participants of the program identify if they qualify as an adult child and therefore might benefit from this program.
