In lesson Six you'll learn how to receive inner guidance in the way it was always meant to be received — through the body, not the mind. You'll explore how visioning invites you to enter a state of somatic receptivity — a shift in your nervous system that opens the door to your inner world. From this place, guidance doesn't need to be forced or figured out. It rises on its own. Visioning works because it bypasses the mind's defenses. It reveals the truth beneath the Ego's story and narrative. And when the body feels that truth, the ego can no longer hold onto its old perception. The imagery becomes so real. When it is felt physically, emotionally, and energetically, the ego mind reorganizes itself around what you've experienced. This is why people have breakthroughs during inner journeys: not because they understand something new, but because they feel something true. In lesson three you're guided fully into your inner realm — the living landscape within your heart center. You'll prepare your body by lying close to the earth, grounding into your breath, and softening into receptivity. Through breath, visualization, and the spiral of light in your heart, you'll cross the veil into your landscape, explore its elements, and meet a helping spirit animal or guide. This journey helps you receive symbols, colors, sensations, and intuitive messages from your soul. Afterward, you'll process through journaling or art to honor what emerged.

Codependency is often the habit of leaving yourself to stay connected to someone else. It can look like over-functioning, people-pleasing, hypervigilance, controlling, fixing, rescuing—anything to create safety through the external world.

But healing codependency isn't just changing behavior.

It's rebuilding the inner relationship that was interrupted: self-trust, nervous system safety, and the ability to stay with yourself when something feels uncertain, uncomfortable, or emotionally risky.

Our final episode of Season One is inspired by Lily Allen's West End Girl. This is not a pop-psych analysis or an attempt to interpret the artist's life or relationship. I'm bringing this album into our space as a mirror for the work we have been doing here.

As I listened to West End Girl, I noticed how much it stirred in my own healing work. The linear and direct way she shares her experience feels potent, and the record spread so widely because it's deeply relatable. When we approach another person's experience with awareness, it can reveal something essential about our own.

Inside this episode, we move into the heart of some of the most painful and often misunderstood patterns in relational healing:

• saying yes when we mean no

• staying in situations that hurt because we're afraid to lose connection

• suppressing our truth to stay safe

• rumination as an attempt to feel in control

• and the quiet self-abuse that shows up as shame, self-hate, and self-abandonment

More than anything, this episode is about recognizing how we relate to ourselves inside relational pain — how quickly we blame ourselves, disappear, or try to control the outcome through self-abandonement — and how awareness becomes the turning point. Not by fixing the pattern, but by noticing and interrupting the moment we begin abandon ourselves to keep ourselves safe.

This is an invitation into awareness, compassion, and embodied self-honesty. Not to rush change or force resolution, but to stay present long enough for something deeper to shift — and to begin healing your relationship to self from that place.

As we close this season, I invite you to practice one thing: stay. Stay with your truth. Stay with your body. Stay with the moment you want to disappear or attack yourself. That choice — again and again — is where the healing begins.
