Colonel B. Wayne Quist of Lake City has co-written a series of books about PTSD. The Northfield native, St. Olaf graduate , Vietnam War and Middle East combat veteran spoke at the Nobel Peace Prize Forum in 2004. He retired with 3,500 flying hours in Vietnam, Europe, Middle East, and The Pentagon.

Chase Beckius and Ian Sevcik are members of the three time defending State Champion Raiders Skeet shooting team. Head Coach Pete Mergens also describes the challenges of the sport.
