I got a chance to sit down and explore the brilliant mind of Amanda Bucci. A few years ago, I hired Amanda for a VIP DAY and it was one of the best decisions I made for myself. She has such a beautiful way of sharing not only her own personal experience, but capturing the plight of entrepreneurs, and teaching us how we can begin to heal our nervous system to hold space for more.

One of the things that she recently shared on her Instagram was "before every expansion, comes a contraction."
