We live in a culture where everything is earned. We say, in effect, “there’s no such thing as a free lunch.” You have to work for it. And yet, into this mindset, Jesus steps in and freely extends grace—to you and to me. And if we’re honest, that can feel unsettling.
This Sunday, as we continue our series Amazing Grace, we’ll be talking about Unsettling Grace. Because before the grace of God feels amazing in your life, it often first feels deeply personal—and deeply unsettling.
