What people fail to realize is that behavior is communication.

I discuss picky eating and food sensitivities. Some with autism deal with these things to some degree.

I give suggestions to other autistic people on how to minimize stress and frustration during this time. I also give suggestions to parents/caretakers on how to help their autistic loved ones. I give tons of encouragement to everyone!
